Delivery Service ~

We offer a fast & reliable delivery service nationwide & unlike many of our competitors we offer a weekly delivery service to The Scottish Highlands & Islands. Please read the following information carefully. Please email Jennifer for our next delivery dates.

Collection ~ You are welcome to collect your order from our Glasgow Showroom. If you would like to arrange collection Please contact Jennifer who will inform you of available collection dates. Dates are subject to stock.

Free Storage Service ~ We are happy to hold your order for up to eight weeks. Giving you time to get organised. For more details on our free storage service contact Jennifer.

Scotland Delivery Rates ~

Our Scottish deliveries have been made in to three areas. First area is Local Area Rate which applies to our clients who are from the Postcodes shown below & your goods will be delivered by Room By Room's own van & all other areas will be covered by our specially selected companies.

Please Note ~ The zone map shows all of KA & G Postcodes as "Local Area" & doesn't show the selected ML & PA Postcodes that are also in classed as local. This is due to the limitations of an illustrated map. The Postcodes shown below are the only areas which are charged at £30.00. The other area in KA & G Postcodes that are not shown below are charged at £50.00

Important ~ Please Read.
To keep our delivery rates low our delivery van is frequently only manned by the driver. In the instances of heavy goods we ask that you have suitable help to assist the driver with heavy & bulky goods. Our driver is more than happy to deliver to a ground floor room as we are not insured whilst on your property, we regret that we are unable to carry up to an upstairs room.
Although we offer a fast delivery service we strongly recommend that you do not arrange for your fitter until you have received your goods.
Most of our products are in stock but as much as we are very careful, accidents can happen, it is important that you do not book your fitter until you have received your order.
