Q: Do you offer nationwide delivery?
A: Yes we are now able to offer our clients nationwide delivery as we have selected three very reliable couriers to deliver to areas that we do not cover ourselves.
Q: I am wanting to order my new bathroom suite but we do not have a plumber yet. Can you hold our order?
A: Yes we can, we offer a free storage service & can hold your orde for up to eight weeks giving you time to get organised.
Q: What are the differences between a steel & an acrylic bath?
A: Both steel & acrylic baths are very popular. It really comes down to personal prefernce. There are many myths surrounding steel baths but as long as you choose good quality products you will have no regrets.
Q: Below all of your product descriptions it mentions tap operating pressures. What does it mean?
A: All taps have different operating pressures. Some might be suitable for high & low pressure systems & other may say that they require a minimum of 0.1 & upwards for best performance. It is dependent on your type of water system, If you are unsure you should seek advice from an experienced & qualified bathroom fitter.
Q. What is the lead time for most items?
A. We have most of the products in stock at all times. If items are sold out, ordering takes a few days.
